Does my Husband also receive a khula certificate ?

The simple answer is no, we do not as a standard issue khula certificates to the respondents or husbands because they made fully aware of the process during the process and issuing of the 3 notices, once the process has been completed if they should require a certificate, they can reach out to us and apply for one and we would be more than happy to assist them, however there is a charge of £100 for this.

Just to be clear though that the respondents or husbands in cases of khula or faskh do NOT require a certificate to prove that the marriage has been dissolved & by applying for one is just to have confirmation.
