Fast Track Khula – Faskh

Assalaamu Alaikum Dear Brothers & Sister we are often asked the question about FAST TRACK khula or faskh, in extreme cases we are allowed to dissolve or annul an Islamic Nikah, for this we do need compelling reasons to be shared with the Panel, to attain this.

The reasons such as a very long term separation, or extreme mental, verbal or physical abuse, we would need evidence from the Police or a Domestic Abuse organisation name and contact who have are involved or where involved.

These are very serious allegations & we must make sure that the victim is protected at all costs, therefore anyone pursuing this Fast Track route must be certain and we may even decide not to pause, delay or cancel the application once its submitted due to the nature of the case.
